Equine Guided Learning
Equine guided learning provides unique and meaningful opportunities for individuals to learn and grow through hands-on experiences with horses. My program focuses on teaching horsemanship skills such as grooming, bathing, and leading a horse—activities that build confidence, responsibility, and calm focus. These sessions are designed to be safe, supportive, and engaging for participants of all abilities and backgrounds.
Beyond basic horsemanship, my program invites participants to explore the deeper connection that develops when we learn to truly listen to and understand horses. Horses are highly sensitive, intuitive animals that respond to our emotions, body language, and energy. By observing and interpreting their behavior, participants begin to understand how their own communication and emotions affect those around them. This process fosters self-awareness, empathy, and emotional regulation—skills that extend far beyond the barn.
The heart of our work is helping people build trust, connection, and confidence—both with the horse and within themselves. Whether in individual or group sessions, participants experience the calming and grounding presence of horses while developing social, emotional, and life skills in a natural, nonjudgmental environment. My goal is to offer a space where personal growth, communication, and confidence can flourish through the unique and healing partnership between humans and horses.
